Emerge Molding Solutions is built on decades of hands-on experience across product development, innovation, engineering, and plastics manufacturing. Shawn has spent his career guiding products from early concept through production, working with brands, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to solve complex challenges and bring ideas to market successfully.
He has worked with brands including Little Tikes, Step2, Elmer’s Products, X-Acto, Oatey, Gojo (Purell), and Leaf Home, among many others. That breadth of experience across industries, products, and processes is what Emerge clients are accessing when they start a project with us.
